Great Champion and Leader
I had the pleasure of working with Kellyn at Azzur. One of the things we worked together on was the Diversity and Inclusion board. She was a great champion and leader for the D&I team. She helped foster an environment where we were able to discuss and explore challenging topics in a respectful manner. Energy and Passion
I was so impressed with Kellyn's commitment to Slalom's Women's Leadership Network (WLN). She took on the role of program manager to help WLN in addition to her full-time job supporting a high-performing office filled with a lot of events on a weekly basis to help WLN re-brand, scale, and flourish. Kellyn brought her energy and passion for women's work to all of our meetings and helped us plan one of the most successful and highest attended events called SPLASH during her time at Slalom. This event helped bring the women of Slalom together in an off-site dedicated to exploring their personal journey at Slalom. Kellyn's attention to detail and her excitement for this event helped it be such a huge hit.
